Free CPD training for professionals, volunteers and councillors working with vulnerable clients

Warm & Well deliver free training – accredited by the CPD Certification Service – to organisations, frontline staff and community support workers to help them recognise signs of fuel poverty in the people and households they work with.

What the training covers

By the end of each 2-hour training session, attendees will:

  1. Understand the main uses of energy in the home, what causes fuel poverty and how it is measured
  2. Be able to identify those at risk of fuel poverty, and signpost and householders to appropriate support and funding to minimise its effects
  3. Learn how to help clients save energy and money, and how warm, energy efficient homes prevent NHS admissions

How the training works

These training sessions can happen in a variety of ways to fit around your schedule or organisation's needs.
