Sometimes, we can give you the best support by arranging an energy advisor to visit your property and make recommendations that best fit your life.
If you live in Gloucestershire or South Gloucestershire, there are number of ways we can support you in your own home.
When you call our advice line, we will offer you the opportunity to schedule a home visit. This involves a fully qualified energy advisor visiting you in your home at a time that is convenient to you. They will sit with you and ask simple questions about the way you use energy at home. Often they will be able to help you make changes that help save money immediately, such as setting heating controls, installing energy efficient LED lightbulbs or identifying where your home may be leaking heat.
Be vigilant: Our energy advisors carry ID with them at all times. Never give somebody access to your home if you are unsure of who they are. When in doubt, call our advice line to confirm their identity – they will not be offended!
